This weekend will be very important for Tiger Woods. Firstly, the world No. 1 must be a good result at the Deutsche Bank Championship to retain his place among the top 70 of the FedExCup. 112th last week before the Barclays, he is now 65th, he must still go up if he wants to have a hope of reaching the top 30 places at the end of the BMW Championship next week and reach the final. But more importantly for him, his performance on the TPC Boston will be scrutinized by all and especially by Corey Pavin, the captain of Team USA Ryder Cup. Indeed, it is expected to announce Thursday that Pavin names of its four "wild-cards". Select Woods seems obvious if the No. 1 worldwide continues its momentum of Barclays.
