From 27 April to 1 May 2010, the 7th edition of the festival RAPANDAR be held in Saint-Louis in Senegal and has the theme "African Citizens, Citizen of the World: a dynamic cultural exchange."
The organization of the 7th Festival RAPANDAR in St. Louis is part of the celebration of 350 years of the city and the fiftieth anniversary of the accession of our country to international sovereignty.
The festival rap Ndar be marked this year with a parade involving the administrative, municipal, and many other young citizens of St. Louis and the band of the Twelfth Battalion.
