A competition will bring together clubs who will compete in Morocco sporting a new course to win the coveted title of "first golf club in Morocco. The inauguration of the Gulf of Saidia coincides with the organization of the 2009 edition of the Throne Cup. The meeting in situ of the best teams of amateur golfers from 14 clubs because of the national event, a celebration in more ways than one! This edition celebrates, in effect, the eastern region of the Kingdom and is an expression of high concern of His Majesty the King for the eastern gate of Morocco on the periphery Euro-Maghreb and Euro-Mediterranean Partnership.
It is for this reason that support the tourism development of the Oriental is a reality - among others - through its partnership with the Association of the Hassan II Trophy and the Royal Moroccan Federation of golf for the organization of the Throne Cup .
